I’m back. Have you ever made cards and they don’t turn out?? I have. But, yeah! I finally had a card turn out that is “postable”. This card was inspired by the TimeOut Challenge #168 and The Card Concept challenge #138d. These two challenges clearly blend well together and were the basis for this mixed media card.. The clear bowl from TimeOut was the inspiration for the shaker card. I chose pink as my primary color. I loved the shells from The Card Concept and the starfish from TimeOut. I used images from multiple different desingers. The designers included: Lawn Fawn (Screen Time, Keep on Swimming, Ready Set Snow), MFT (BB Polynesian Paradise, Penguins in Paradise) Designing Desert Divas (mermaid). The background die was created with Nina solar white cardstock usning Lawn Fawn’s Sparkle Background and and Sizzix Polkadot embossing folder. The images were colored with some simple Copic coloring. Add some clear star gems, foam tape and glue and you have a cute card.
Stay safe y’all!π’π’π’ Hurricane Laura
