Booya

Booya, crafters! OMG, I had too much fun with this card. Talk about mixed media…. WOW. Not my forte, but had to try it out. The stencil of the haunted house was created by my Circut and cut on black card stock. It was then embossed with: Distressed Oxide glaze in Walnut Stain, Distressed Oxide glaze in Black Soot, Desert Clay Boho Blends by Emerald Creek, Black Cheery Aroma by Emerald Creek and Copper Blush by Nuvo. My backgound was a blend of Distressed oxides on black watercolor paper in: Forest Moss, Ground Expresson, Rustic Wilderness, Aged Mahogany, Blueprint Sketch, Black Soot and Forest Moss. The border around the watercolor paper is papyrus paper with blended with Aged Mahogany, Black Soot and Rustic Wilderness. Between the stencil and the watercolor paper is black chees cloth bathed in Modge Pode Stiffy.

“When black cats prowl and pumpkins gleam, may luck be yours on Halloween.”

  2. This has just some AH-MAZE-ING texture! Wow! Really well done, with mixed media not being your forte. You knocked it out of the park.
