It appears to be a glow from the spirits of LawnFawn and MissInk. If you decide to join in the fun, arrangements with Madame Leota can be encountered at Kindred Stamps. But I must warn you, should you decide to add the ghostly sentiment, your ghost writer can only be found at Whimsy stamps.
