Happy August, fiber artists! It’s the beginning of a new month and a new design for my color-of-the-month contribution over at the Colorful Options Challenge. This month I designed a collar for my cat. She has a tendency to hide, and we cannot find her. It makes giving her her daily medicine quite difficult. The solution? Attach an Apple GPS to her collar. There was nothing like this that I could find, so I crocheted a collar with a “pouch” for the GPS. Don’t worry, the placket is a breakaway attachment. Enjoy!

You have those little tracers that some people put in their suitcases. Have no personal experience with it, but was reading about a man who used it to trace back his lost luggage at the airport.

Yep, it is one of those trackers. You link it up to the “where’s my iPhone app,” and you can have it sound. When she is hiding in a corner and we can’t find her it’s quite helpful.
