Thanks

Happy Mother’s Day, crafters! I have my version of a CAS card for you today. Here’s the recipe: Create a stamp pad using various dots of Distress Inkers and a Cut-And-Dry Foam Stamp pad.

Use your stamp pad to stamp the flowers on white card stock. Cut a border and sentiment out of a coordinating color. Assemble and you are ready to send it out.

The color palette I chose is based on what I call a round “glow candle.” Anyone remember these? Let me know in the comments below.

Have a great week!

Challenges entered: Craft Roulette, Park Hopping My Happy Place, SSS Monday Challenge, CAS on Friday, Double Trouble Challenge (I have never used these Reinkers before), Twisted Thursday Challenge

  1. What a great technique, I first thought you had foiled the lines with a multi-colored foil. Looks great! Thanks for sharing with us at Double Trouble!

  3. Love how you used your Reinkers for your technique for the florals, and the postage die with the break of the sentiment is perfect for your stamped background… very creative. Many Reinkers in my stash unused, thanks for your inspiration and technique… must bring them out of hiding. And yes, I have one of those candles with an Arizona scene; but it’s so pretty I have never lit the candle. Thanks for sharing your pretty card with us at Double Trouble.
