A very clean and simple card to share. This is my take on two challanges: the color throwdown challege and the As You Like It Challenge. Tim Holtz supplies were used for the majority of this card. The ink blending used Candied Apple Distressed Oxide and a little bit of masking to create the red block in the center. Then some simple stamping using Tim Holtz’s Mini Boquet stamp set and Memento ink in Rich Cocoa. And, viola, you have a thank you card.

Happy New Years Day! Let’s time travel back to the 1950s and watch Karen, Annette and the other Mouseketers on the Mickey Mouse Club! I loved that show ❤️ 🖤 Anyhow, the lovely people over at CAS cards have a challenge with an optional time travel. Y-why, wouldn’t I travel back to vintage Disney?
Here is what was used in making the card. Kindred stamp set Park Cuties. I used the girl holding the teddy bear and altered it a bit. It was stamped with Ink on 3 disappearing ink on Copic paper. This allowed me to alter the stamp to eliminate the bear, change her clothes, add the second pony tail and change the head band into a Micky hat. I selected the Mousketer Karen as she was most often seen with pony tails. Copic markers were used to color Karen. She was cut out with my Scan and Cut. The sentiments used are: “see you real soon” and “Why, because I like you.” They were printed off the using the font Waltograph. The sentiments were inspired by CardCutups on YouTube. He has the most clever puns!! Enjoy

Some fall friends having their Thanksgiving in the woods. Clearly Besotted’s Festive Feast made it’s way to the craft room. Some masking and copic coloring created the scene. The background is Lawn Fawn’s birch trees and some Distressed oxide. My 13yo made this card for her crochet teacher as a thank you card this year. Great masking Kat!!

Thank you Disney for the memories and SSS and Lawn Fawn for the inspiration. This is definitely a quick and cute card. A little bit of Faded Jeans and a Hero Arts stencil on blue card stock provides the background. A few stars from embossed in white. The moon is created with two round die cuts. The rabbits are die cuts from Lawn Fawn’s Upon A Star and black card stock. Put a frame of glitter black card stock behind it all, and it’s complete.

This card was inspired by the Fusion Card Challenge. I took inspiration from the chalkboard and the gold frame. All of the stamps are from Art Impressions Aged to Perfection set. I drew the blackboard and gold frame on cream colored cardstock. The sentiment is embossed with vintage white powder. A little copic coloring and gold watercolors, at it’s ready to be sent. It’s that time of year to start making gift tags. This gift tag was inspired by three challenges: As You Like It, Lawnfawnatics and 2 Crafy Critter Crazies. My absolute favorite way to add snow is with a stencil and some texture paste. I used a stencil with varying sizes of circles and some white Ranger texture past on some Christmas card stock. The fox is Lawn Fawn’s Winter Fox simply colored with some Copic markers and then cut with the coordinating die. Some ribbon and foam tape, and it’s ready to sit on top of a package this Christmas. The Lawn Fawn Challenge 65 is fun with Dies. My 13yo daugher was inspired by a recently purchased Lawn Fawn set. I had barely opened my happy mail and she was off the the craft room. She couldn’t resist making a cute Halloween shaker card/snow globe. The Lawn fawn sets used were Ready, Set, Snow. She thought her shaker looked like leaves falling from the trees. Great job Kat!!

You can never go wrong with a classic. Thank you Audrey Hepburn and Kindred Stamps. This is quite a simple card. The hard part was finding the Tiffany’s blue card stock. The stamp is from Kindred Stamps Golden Age and the sentiment if from The Ton’s Timeless Icons Sentiment Set. Some simple stamping and Copic coloring. Miss Golightly’s tiara is silver nuvo drops.

I love all the memes about cats in boxes. So, when I saw this stamp at Simon Says Stamps, I had to have it. The AAA #153 challange inspired the card. The background is ink blending over a musical patterned cardstock. Then I sprayed it with some gold glitter spray for some shimmer (hard to see in this picture). The cat in the box is a single stamp. I usd the stamp twice: once on craft card stock and again on Nina solar white #110 lb cardstock. Simple coloring with copic markers help finish the cat. No coloring was done on the box. I cut the cat out of both cardstocks. Then, I pieced them together. The embossed sentiment is from Lawn Fawn’s Meow You Doing and Ivory embossing powder.

Definitely CUTE! I think I prefer cute cards because they always make me smile.
This card is actually a challenge from my husband. He requested a tropical Christmas card this year. The background was made with a circle mask, cloud stencil, and Distressed Oxide Tumbled Glass. The palm trees and stockings are an image from Pink and Main’s Deck the Palms. They were colored with copic colors and mounted on foam tape. The embossed sentiment is from Joy Clair’s Penguin Tropical Christmas using Versamark embossing ink and Emerald Creek’s Apple Martini Aroma embossing powder. The Santa and sleigh are from Lawn Fawn’s Ready, Set, Snow and stamped with Versafine Onyx Black Ink. The card stock is Nina Solar White 100lb and Tonic Grass Green Craft Perfect Classic Weave Textured Cardstock.
Although there were quite a few supplies😁, the card does not take long to make. So, quick and cute or clean and simple? What do you think??
